Governance Architecture
The Triad of Municipal Youth Governance
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10742, as amended by Republic Act No. 11768, and Republic Act No. 8044, youth development in the Municipality of Lezo operates as a unified governance mechanism. The Local Youth Development Office functions in institutional synergy with the Local Youth Development Council and the Sangguniang Kabataan Pederasyon.
LYDO
The administrative and technical arm under the Office of the Mayor. Administers YORP organization intake, provides planning reviews for barangay youth councils, and executes municipal youth policies.
LYDC
The multi-sectoral advisory council composed of elected youth officials and non-government representatives from verified YORP organizations, chaired by the SK Pederasyon President.
LYDP
The 3-Year Local Youth Development Plan setting statutory priorities, key result indicators, budget projections, and program roadmaps across all sectors of the youth population.
Youth Organizations Registration Program (YORP)
Register your youth-led or youth-serving organization through the municipal desk to gain statutory accreditation, participate in LYDC council elections, and collaborate directly with the local government.
